This news is pretty unimportant with respect to all that A123 Systems is currently engaged in. I'm getting alerts on A123 Systems news items, but this is a waste of my time. The implications of this acquisition are almost totally unimportant, as shown by the fact that A123 Systems spokesmen weren't even aware of it. Please put more effort into editing your articles before posting them and causing me an alert. I can't imagine anyone who gives a damn about this item.
