An event targeted at the oil and gas industry, focused on take old oil wells and, instead of abandoning them, energizing them with geothermal power.

"A high water flow geopressure well becomes an immediate revenue path if converted to electrical production," organizers write.

The conference is intended to be "an opportunity to think outside the box for the energy industry. With systems installed in Chena Hot Springs, Alaska and the Wyoming Rocky Mountain Oil Field Testing Center, the ability to use low temperature fluids is no longer just a concept, it’s a reality."
