(We also introduced everyone's favorite superhero, the Greentech Avenger—who's still wondering whether he's gonna have to change his name or hit the road.)

Soon, as you may have already read, Inside Greentech will become the Cleantech Group. And that's a great thing, not just for the new resources and scale it gives us, but for you... and the industry at large.
Our collective portfolio of products and services will expand dramatically, courtesy of our new parent, the Cleantech Network, which publishes leading industry data and research, and runs the market’s leading Cleantech Forum global event series.
Adding our edgy yet insightful daily editorial coverage to the mix, the Cleantech Group will become the highest profile, go-to media platform for cleantech-related developments, while preserving the same editorial independence and flair you've come to expect.

Finally, some might say this deal marks a clear resolution, even a vindication, of the ol' greentech vs. cleantech debate.
In choosing our original name, we at Inside Greentech acknowledge we took a gamble, but this process couldn't help but convince me, personally, that in picking the greentech moniker, we hitched our wagon to the wrong horse.
Glad we're with the clear right one, now.
