Sure, but would you rather have dirty coal?
Sure, coal emissions, scrubbed like Fuel Tech are doing, are still dirty-ish. But they're way more clean than unscrubbed.
What are you suggesting with your comment, that Fuel Tech should just give up?
Coal isn't going anywhere anytime soon. That's the harsh reality. So cleaning it up as best as possible is the responsible thing to do... at the same time as adding other low/zero emission power generation capability like wind, wave, solar, stationary fuel cell power plants (powered by fuels like hydrogen when they're responsibly produced), etc.
