I think you are missing the boat - you can't breath water so it must be bad for you - and if you drink to much it can kill you - it must be eradicated or at least offset. Two thirds of the planet is water - so you better get stared. How about a GREEN PIPELINE to the moon where water is not considered a pollutant.
How do I get involved in this racket? With the amount of stupid people in the world and with most of them holding government jobs this must be like shooting fish in a barrel.
