You didn't define oil. Is it all oil (liquid natural gas, ethanol, bio-diesel) or just sweet crude from wells or something else?
If it's the easy stuff, sweet crude then Dec. 2005 fits. If it's the broadest definition then it is about now 1/15/2008.
