Hasn't anyone heard about Bob Bussard's (deceased) EMC2 company, formed to produce large scale power by electromagnetic fusion? No toxic waste, able to convert nuclear waste to neutral waste, purify sea water to drinking water, etc? Plans are ready; just awaiting funds.
