I never had thought about solar investors going to other places, but I did know about the shocking comparison to the solar power of Germany.

If all the provisions are included the bill will include a standard of 35 mpg for cars by 2020 and a standard that 15% of electricity come from renewable resources by 2020. It is a relatively conservative bill in many respects, yet it represents a huge stepping stone for the United States, a step that needs to be taken. You know that better than anyone, as will anyone who reads your articulate article. I urge you to sign the petition at Energy Bill 2007 in order to let our representatives know how important this is for our nation.
