SV Solar acquisition of NuEdison formally announced today
Submitted on June 18th, 2007 by Dallas KachanSilicon Valley Solar (SV Solar) today formally announced its acquisition of NuEdison in a press release.
At the same time, the company acknowledged a $10.2M Series A round led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP).
In addition to the Pacific Power Management deal referenced above, SV Solar also acknowledged its contract manufacturing agreement with GSS (see Silicon Valley Solar outsources manufacturing to Germany), a collaboration agreement with Conergy (Silicon Valley Solar partnering with Europe's Conergy) and a cell sourcing agreement with ErSol.
