First big admission by oil executives of peak oil?

I could be wrong, but could this be one of the first big admissions by oil executives en masse that oil reserves are actually declining?

"Sixty percent of the executives said they believe the trend of declining oil reserves is irreversible."

No surprise that under 25 said they believed global warming was CO2-induced, given that petroleum refining is the single biggest contributor to CO2, from what I understand.
