Did you miss snapping up the biodiesel refinery offered for sale this week on eBay?
If so, don't worry. Nobody else bought it.
Your own biodiesel refinery? "No tanks," say eBayers.
The sellers, in a small town in the Canadian province of Manitoba, were selling the Swiss-built refinery for $1.275M USD.
All you would have needed is a constant supply of canola oil, soybeans or chicken fat and you, too, could have been producing your own 1.3 million gallons of biodiesel per year with just a click of your mouse.
Production cost was estimated to have been just 38 cents a gallon, and the seller says the plant would have paid for itself in less than two years with current U.S. government subsidies. Assuming you bought the plant and moved it south of the border to America...
Take look at the listing here, quick, before it expires.
